Medina Burglary
Medina Police reported a residential burglary right after last week’s newsletter went out. Here’s the information Medina PD emailed the community:
The Medina Police Department is currently investigating a residential burglary that occurred yesterday, June 28th, at approximately 2pm in Medina. The suspect(s) appear to have rang the doorbell, waited for no response from inside the residence and then burglarized the home after confirming no one was inside.
Several other residences appear to have been visited by the same subject(s). At this time, only one burglary has been reported to the Medina Police Department.
If you observed the individual pictured below visit your residence, or if you noticed any type of suspicious activity during the time of the burglary, please call 911. Investigators would gratefully accept information, video footage, associated vehicles, pictures, etc. that would assist their investigation.
Mayors meet Rep. DelBene
The mayors of Medina, Yarrow Point, and Hunts Point met with Congresswoman Suzan DelBene last week.
The discussion included how the small communities can work better together, especially with respect to federal grants. Looking forward to even more cooperation across the Points Communities!
